The purchase of Digital Content provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, and distribute the Digital Content for any purpose. You agree to not use or permit the use of the Digital Content for any illegal purpose.

4. Attribution

If you use the Digital Content, you must give appropriate credit to The Space List. This can be done by stating "Data provided by The Space List" or a similar phrase that effectively acknowledges The Space List's contribution.

5. Screenshots and Data Graphics

If you capture screenshots or create data graphics from the Digital Content, you must attribute these images to The Space List. This can be done by including a visible watermark or caption that states "Image/Data Graphic provided by The Space List" or a similar phrase that effectively acknowledges The Space List's contribution.

6. Breach of Terms

If you breach these terms, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the Service and require you to cease all use of the Digital Content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
